LEED and GBC certification and sustainable construction

For several years AP&P Srl was a member of the Green Building Council Italia, sharing its manifesto “A sustainable built environment for Italy”. Today building and certifying through LEED or GBC schemes is a priority for us: it dramatically reduces the environmental impact of our works, cuts operating and management costs, increases property value and improves wellbeing and indoor air quality for end users.
