Project description
The service covers the technical-administrative and structural testing of the works at the “Morelli Bugna” care home in Villafranca di Verona. The project stems from the need to bring the historic part of the building into line with the functional and accessibility requirements of current regulations.
The works included upgrading spaces to standard and seismic retrofitting, demolishing and rebuilding one block of the building, stiffening the masonry walls and the central stairwell, strengthening the existing foundations, upgrading building services with energy optimisation and improving the comfort of the rooms.
