Project description
The main aim of the project is to make the wastewater treatment plant more efficient and improve the quality of its discharge.
The works include rebuilding the screening section, two new lifting pumps for the biological stage, a process controller for intermittent-aeration nitrification and denitrification, upgraded inlet pipes to the secondary clarifiers, a new disinfection tank, a scrubber for exhaust air deodorisation, a new MV/LV transformer substation and photovoltaic panels.
